Pickup:

Pickup is available the same working day from our Lonsdale warehouse or Unley store. Cash and credit card payment options are available.

Lonsdale Collection: 11-15 Lindsay Road, Lonsdale. Trading hours: 9:00 am – 4:30 pm MON-FRI. We are not open on public holidays or weekends.

Unley Collection: 8 Unley Road, Unley Trading hours: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm TUE – FRI, 9:oo am – 12:00 pm SAT. For next day pickup.

Condition:

All our parts are NEW. We do not sell second-hand or used parts.

Payment:

We accept payment by Credit Card, Direct Deposit, Afterpay & PayPal. If you select the Pickup option, you can even pay by cash.

Shipping:

We only sell parts in stock, so there are no delays when placing an order or waiting for goods to arrive.

Interstate orders are shipped the same working day if ordered by 2:00 pm, the next working day at the latest. 

Capital city freight times (Radiators & Towing Mirrors)

Small items (Door Handles etc.) are shipped using an overnight Air Bag service.

We ship goods daily to country towns all over Australia call or email us for a time frame & cost.

Returns:

Change of mind or ordered the incorrect part within 30 days of purchase? 

Don’t worry. Message us, and we’ll help you sort out the problem. Once we receive the part and confirm it is in saleable condition, we will issue a refund for the part you purchased. We will supply you with a return authorisation number. 

Refunds do not include any associated freight charges incurred.

Warranty:

In addition to the consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and are subject to our standard trading terms, The Parts Man has the following warranty policy.

All our goods are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for twelve months from the date of purchase.

All items returned for a warranty claim will be tested, then passed or denied at the discretion of The Parts Man. Under this warranty, the Company is only liable to grant a credit for the original price of the goods. The Company shall not be liable to replace the goods or pay any other amount, including amounts for any consequential, direct, indirect or special loss, expenses associated with making a claim, damage or injury of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to removal & refitting of the goods.

Radiator Brand:

Our radiators are our own brand; they are made to our exact specifications and specific requirements in cutting-edge facilities that also manufacture for OE.

Often the result is a higher spec (Heavy Duty) core version of the original unit fitted from the factory. We are confident in the quality and fitment of our radiators and offer a 12-month warranty on all our cooling products purchased online.
